This group of cottages is an ideal place to gather as family or friends, for hen parties, summer weddings and corporate gatherings too. Dating back to 1790s, the cottages are part of a stunning Grade II listed Manor House and have been converted to provide guests with the perfect escape in a pretty village located in the heart of stunning countryside.
The cottages are set in 15 acres of glorious gardens. They are all full equipped and each has its own kitchen and dining facilities, to make sure your stay is enjoyable.
There is plenty to entertain you as there is an outdoor swimming pool (with a covered dome) (Open from May to early September (depending on weather) 10am-1 pm/2.30pm-6pm. Please bring your own swimming towels. Children must be with an adult please). Tennis court, 4 boats to enjoy on the lake, full size Billiards table in the party room, which can also be used for dining as it has a kitchen too - ideal for up to 28 guests! There is a Wendy House too to entertain the children, a lawn ideal for a game of croquet by the lake, stunning walks and cycle routes nearby. The Pottery & Art studios can also be made available (more details below). The village also has a pub that offers good food. There are multiple areas for al fresco dining at the property lots of pretty seating areas and a large fire pit for the chillier nights.
You can also arrange to enjoy a Pottery or Art Workshop - catering for ages. This is done by arrangement, for a supplement. You can spend time with Auriol Herford learning how to paint bisque fired mugs or plates, which will be glazed for you overnight, you will be given tuition on the wheel too!
If you are seeking to host a party for larger groups, by arrangement, a marquee can be erected in the garden by the lake. There is additional guest accommodation available in the Manor House itself and also at the local pub.
For weddings, the front of the Manor House is stunning for photos and the main entrance hall is licensed for civil weddings.
The Coach House dates back to 1760 and is located by the tennis court. It has 5 bedrooms and a huge living/dining room ideal for a large gathering. It can seat up to 28 guests. The kitchen is well equipment and has a large range to make it easy to cater for large groups. Outside there is a sheltered courtyard, ideal for al fresco cocktails before dining.

As you go through the archway from the main house, the former stables and hayloft entrance is found which leads to a charming 2 bedroom cottage. There is a cosy living/dining room with open fireplace and a little kitchen area to one side which is well equipped. In the converted old beamed hayloft upstairs you have views over to the Bredon Hills.

Opposite the entrance to the Stables Cottage is Courtyard Cottage which has good size beamed living room with open fireplace with views over the gardens. There is a separate dining room (that can seat 8-14 guests) which leads out onto a private courtyard for a quiet get-away! The kitchen is fully equipped.

Formerly a ground floor wing of the Manor House, this studio-style bedroom has a seating area too and is located close to the swimming pool.

Idyllically located overlooking the lake with its swans and ducks, a perfect romantic location. Enter into the ground floor which has a little seating, dining and kitchen area, then up to the first and second floor bedrooms & bathroom:

The Courtyard Cottage and Coach House have the largest dining facilities, up to 24 in the Coach House and up to 14 in the Courtyard Cottage
The recently converted Billiards room will have the ability to seat up to 28 guests and by end Nov 2018 have a fully functional kitchen too!
Weekends are priced between £3,750 and £5,000 for 2 nights and £4,450 to £6,300 for 3 nights. Weekly rentals are available between £5,500 and £8,000 - prices vary depending on the season. There is a supplement for hosting a larger gathering in addition to the hire of the marquee etc.
