Quaint and cosy 2 bedroom converted Milking Parlour at Glade Farm, ideal for a couple or small family.

Sleeps: 4 Bedrooms: 2

Description

This charming home forms part of Glade Farm, a traditional Suffolk farm in the country, perfect for a retreat from London.

Originally the Milking Parlour of the farm, this recently converted home now boasts two spacious bedrooms, each retaining their original beams and other features.  Indeed, the whole home is bursting with character, making for a truly indulgent stay, away from bland hotel rooms.

The first bedroom is a double bedroom, while the second is a twin room.  Downstairs, a cosy stove warms the bright and open living room, while the kitchen and dining rooms offer plenty for space for all guests to relax together.

This Granary can also be booked with a further 3 accommodation options on the same site which are the Barn, the Milking Parlour and the Farmhouse.  For more information please click here.

Location

The farm sits in the Suffolk countryside, close to Bramfield and within easy reach of the A12, which offers quick access from London, making this home a great retreat from the city. Nearby there are plenty of local walks, cycle routes and riding paths.  The area is famed for its beauty and the nearby Norfolk Broads are one of the most striking features of the region.  Most of the region is arable farming, which makes for some wonderful walks, particularly in spring when the flowers are in bloom.

For those days when you don't feel like cooking there are a variety of local pubs nearby including the Westleton Crown near Southwold and The Bell Inn near Walberswick.
