Sleeps: 12 Bedrooms: 6

Description

This beautiful holiday home is an extensively modernised farmhouse sitting in its own 3 acre garden on the edge of the village of Moorlinch. On the side of the Polden Hills it looks out across Sedgemoor with beautiful views for 20 miles to the Blackdown Hills.

The house has five large double bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room and a large modern family kitchen with an Aga in addition to a gas and electric range. With a snug, a lounge and 'the card room' (which is also made available as a 6th bedroom) downstairs all with real fires the house is big, comfortable and welcoming for groups of all sizes.

The facilities include Wi-Fi, large screen television, washing machine and dryer, a lovely garden, ample off street parking and a local pub just 200m away.

Ideally placed for the Glastonbury Festival, just far enough away to escape the noise but close enough to be there in 20 minutes by car or taxi.

Location

Moorlinch is a quiet village easily accessible just off the main A361 leading to the festival site from the M5 motorway.

The village has a pub 'The Ring O'Bells' just 200m from the house and a stunning 12th century Church.

Sitting on the slopes of the Polden Hills, Moorlinch enjoys wonderful views across the moors, and stays in the dry in the winter months.

Plenty of open space for walks and cycling with acres of private land to discover.
