This large converted barn has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms and still manages to combine both spectacular and spacious living spaces with the feeling of warmth, cosiness and absolute comfort. The light pours in from the large windows creating an incredibly spacious and airy atmosphere, with many of the rooms having doors leading straight out into the garden.
The property is situated within beautiful grounds and is located on the edge of a very quiet and pretty little village. There are many wonderful countryside walks available straight from the property and an excellent local pub just a five minutes stroll away.

Location and Things to Do
An hour and a quarter from central London by car, the house is ten minutes from the M40 motorway (Junction 6) and 25 minutes from each of Oxford (Oxford Literary Festival, museums and galleries and cultural events every day of the week) and Henley on Thames (Royal Regatta, Henley Festival, Henley Rewind, River and Rowing Museum). It is close to Garsington Opera at Wormsley. Bicester shopping village is 35 minutes away.
The house is also great for access to many National Trust properties including Waterperry Gardens, Blenheim Palace (40 minutes) and historic towns and villages such as Thame, Wallingford, Watlington, Ewelme and of course the Chilterns and the river Thames. Both the Thames Path and the Ridgeway run nearby.
Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons is 20 minutes away and there are numerous excellent places to eat within a few minutes of the house.
